Refund Policies



These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any goods from Northbank Autospares. By placing an order via the website you are deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. 

  1. All items will be sent to PayPal & Stripe confirmed address – We will not deliver any parts to a different address i.e business address.
  2. Please check the correct part, size and fittings before buying. We do our best to list items with as many details as possible subject to error and omission. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check that the item they purchase is identical to the original item being placed. Any painted parts are ONLY COLLECTIONS
  3. Our descriptions are best to our ability and knowledge. Mistakes can happen and can be resolved. 
  4. You must check your item before accepting or signing via couriers once you sign an item and report after 24 hrs that item is damaged then we will not refund you. We will also require a photo evidence of an item if there for a damage so that it can be reported to relevant couriers.
  5.  If an item is incorrectly ordered, then it can be returned for a refund, however, please note that we will refund you for the item minus our postage cost and restock fees which is  25%. (which may not have been included in the price)
  6.  Any items that have been returned must be in its original condition. If found damage no refund will be processed. 
  7.  Our warranty will only cover a replacement for any faulty item and not a refund. No refunds can be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
  8.  One year Warranty from date of purchase for new items only.(please keep proof and date of purchase recorded and safe)
  9.  THERE IS NO REFUNDS OR WARRANTY ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN FITTED BY NON QUALIFIED MECHANICS
  10.  Our warranty is limited liability for product only and does not cover labour/ fitting/inconvenience /car hire/breakdown charge or any other cost.
  11.   For any warranty claims, we would need a letter from the mechanic who fitted the part which has the business letterhead, to provide to our suppliers. Without this letter, we are   unable to make any warranty claims. We will not arrange collection or pay postage costs for the product to be sent back to us.
  12.  Please note, we are not held responsible for any lost items that have been dispatched with a non-tracked service, (including items lost Outside the UK). Many items can get lost with Royal Mail so please bear this in mind before using their service, because we can’t send out a replacement unless you purchase the item again. We encourage all buyers to select a tracked service at checkout as we find these to be the most reliable methods. If the item you wish to purchase doesn’t have a tracked service, then please contact us before purchasing so we can make this service available.
  13. All items purchased are sent out with a 3rd party courier so we are not responsible for any problems that may have occurred, such as loss or damage. In the rare event that your item has been delayed and not within the timescale estimated, we can’t be held responsible for this delay, and/or any costs that you have incurred as a result. If your item hasn’t arrived on time then please call us so we can try to locate the whereabouts of your item.
  14.  If you have received  a part from us and if there is any issues then please try to email us. And we will try our best to resolve any issues. However you must return the item first for inspection before we can decide a full refund. If you have issues with quality of our products then please let us know so that we can exchange it. 
  15.  Details of item will be confirmed before we post out any item, So please confirm it via email you registration number before purchase. As if you do not provide registration number of details when you purchase this item we will not dispatch this order as it could result in order been cancelled. 
  16. Please kindly rate our products. If you have any issues we will be happy to help you. We want our customers to have full peace of mind. 
  17. Refund will only be done if the details of delivery address matches to account holder address.
